There’s always that one month in the year that the videogame fates decide to dump way more huge releases than any sane person could handle. Looks like October is this years’ dump month.

Castlevania Challenge Reminder
Just a reminder: the Castlevania Challenge ends on Sept 1st, only a week from today! We’ve had a lot of great contenders, but the current leader is still the new streamer Chocolate, having finished the game in a little more than an hour and seven minutes. If any of our streamers who haven’t tried yet think they can do better, now is the time to step up!
NA New Release Calendar, Sept 2011
Prinny and grid lovers rejoice, because Disgaea 4 for the PS3 finally comes out this month. Other games of note being released include The Ico and Shadow of Colossus Collection, Gears of War 3, the Persona 2 port on the PSP, Rune Factory: Tides of Destiny for the PS3 and Wii, StarFox64 3D for the 3DS, and Kirby’s Mass Attack for the DS. Not exactly a small month.
